Meet with a knowledgeable member of the Regatta Building & Development II team to discuss the vision for your new home. We will be happy to build on your property or assist in selecting a home site from available lots in one of our beautiful communities. Out of this conversation our team begins to develop a plan for the type of home that is just right for your family’s lifestyle and budget. A secondary consultation will be scheduled to share a preliminary floor plan designed specifically for you.
Floor Plans and Elevations
Once we have established a floor plan, a Design Agreement is drafted and executed. The Design Agreement explains the costs associated to finalize the design of the floor plan, to create and finalize the exterior elevation and generate blueprints for your new home. In tandem with the Design Agreement our designers develop an exterior look for your home. During this time, we will also go over the specific details of the interior such as cabinetry, and tile/carpet selections, even summer kitchen appliances. We want your home to be a true reflection of your vision. Throughout this process we will continue to update and improve the floor plan and the exterior elevations until we get the “eureka” moment that lets us know we have brought your vision to life! From here, our team prepares a Construction Contract which details pricing, materials, and warranties for the construction of your new home.
Construction Process
Obtaining construction drawings and applying for building permits is our next step. Once permits are issued, the fun begins! Surveys, site work, and so much more begin the process to bring the dream of your new home to a reality. A representative for Regatta will be on site daily to oversee the construction and will have answers to any questions along the way. We always require a safe and professional job site.
